Careers at SuperiorScape

Landscape Construction Jobs in Birmingham, AL

SuperiorScape builds retaining walls, drainage systems, patios, grading projects, masonry, planting, and outdoor living spaces across the Birmingham area. We are always looking for dependable people who take pride in quality work and want to be part of a team that carries projects the right way.

The Kind of Work We Do

SuperiorScape operates as a full-service general landscape contractor with a hardscape-forward focus. Our projects often involve more than one piece of the property, which means our crews work across a wide range of outdoor improvements from start to finish.

We regularly work on:

Masonry and hardscape construction
Retaining walls
Drainage solutions
Patios and outdoor living spaces
Planting and softscape finishing
Grading and yard reclamation
Integrated outdoor projects for residential and commercial properties
Walkways, Steps, and Access Improvements

Some jobs start with a major property issue that needs to be solved well. Others are about making a property feel more complete, more usable, and better put together. Either way, we approach the work with a contractor mindset focused on steady execution, communication, and results that hold up.

A Team Built Through Tenure and Experience

SuperiorScape has been serving Birmingham-area clients since 1993, and that experience is backed by a team that knows the work, knows the standard, and has been building together for years.

Some of the people on our team have been with SuperiorScape for more than a decade. In a field where many companies rely on fragmented crews and constant turnover, that kind of long-term team experience is a real advantage.

It shows up in coordination, jobsite steadiness, and the quality of the finished work.

Work With Us

SuperiorScape regularly hires for a range of field and project-support roles, depending on project volume and current team needs. Here are ones we often hire for.

Experience in hardscape, drainage, grading, masonry, or landscape construction is always valuable. So are reliability, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
